Private letter links arrive by email

When a grown-up reviews and sends a letter to Santa, the elves email them a private link to this page. Open the link straight from that email — it works for 30 days, then the letter is deleted.

There's nothing to see here without that link. Letters are never listed or shown publicly.

This private link isn't working

It may be incomplete or mistyped. Try opening it straight from the email again — some email apps cut long links in two.

To protect children's privacy, nothing is shown without a valid link.

This private link has expired

Private links work for 30 days after a letter is sent. After that, the letter, recordings and drawings are deleted from Santa’s mailbag for good.

If you printed or downloaded a copy, that copy is still yours.
